Located in Tanjong Pagar, the studio caters to a diverse clientele and specialises in treatments for brows, lips, and permanent eyeliner services. Popular treatments include the Lip Blush, a semi-permanent tattoo on the lips to make them look fuller and pinker, and the Lashline Enhancement, a subtle darkening of the lashline for the appearance of fuller lashes.
Eyebrow embroidery services available at Elena Beaute include the Hairstrokes Brows, suitable for customers with normal to dry skin, and Soft Powdery Brows, used to fill in the brows with a powdered-makeup effect. Both are incredibly long-lasting treatments, though the Soft Powder Brows stay longer and are thus more suited to customers with oily skin. A Hairstrokes Brows session takes about three hours, but produces an extremely natural effect– colours are mixed through the brow so it tapers naturally towards the sides of the face. The Soft Powdery Brows, though more visible from the beginning, fades to create a finish that’s indistinguishable from filled-in brows: Olena says that some customers have maintained their embroidered brows for three to five years.
