Gingerlily Art
Gingerlily Art started with a vision of bringing families together during the circuit breakdown in Singapore. Their original batch of Singaporean-themed writing cards made for charity was sold out within hours. This spurred the owners to start a business offering affordable greeting cards, art and canvas prints. Their hand-drawn illustrations capture the essence of Singapore’s architecture and charm beautifully.
Gingerlily work with two main artists, Simon Privett and Jennifer Privett. Simon is based in Hampshire UK and specialises in pen and ink washes and watercolour. Simon's paintings are inspired by street scenes and buildings old and new from around the world.
Jennifer on the other hand is an artist and botanist from Hampshire UK. She specialises in vibrant watercolour, oil and acrylic paintings of flowers and animals from around the world. Jennifer's inspiration comes from the tropical fauna and flora from South East Asia as well as her own celebrated horticultural collection from her garden and surrounding countryside in the south of England.
Gingerlily Art prints reflect some of Singapore’s iconic landmarks and heritage in printed or maple white textured paper. While their art prints range between $40 - $70 and are available in different sizes, their canvas prints are printed on demand and will range between $120 - $140.
