Chez Vous Liquid Hair Treatment Review: Bond Repair That Packs a Shine!
How many times have you tried a hair repair treatment and left without feeling like a million bucks? Granted those bond repair treatments are meant to make your hair stronger from the inside, but after spending so much time(and money) at the salon, we would love some frizz control and extra shine!
Then there are other services disguised in the form of 'treatments' that chemically straighten your hair, but do nothing for it internally. The result? Weak and brittle hair.
Now what if there was a way to get incredibly lustrous and reflective hair while strengthening it from the inside out? Without the use of harsh chemicals or toxins!
Say hello to the hottest hair trend everywhere - Liquid Hair. From Kim Kardashian to Dua everyone is flaunting gorgeously flowy ‘Liquid Hair’ and we are so excited to announce its arrival in Singapore!
The TikTok viral trend of incredibly lustrous, reflective, and smooth hair has finally come to save our manes with Chez Vous' next-gen salon wonder – the Liquid Hair Treatment. As one of the best hair salons in Singapore, Chez Vous reshapes the future of hair repair with this innovative treatment, offering advanced bond repair like no other.
Enjoy hair that feels like liquid and glows with the benefits of shine, nourishment, and smoothness in just one session!
Advanced Bond Repair: Repairing Bonds at a Molecular Level
Let’s get down to why this works. Simply put, the bonds of our hair serve as foundational skeletons but are also susceptible to weakening and breaking under chemical duress. From hair rebonding, perming, and colouring to heat styling and environmental elements, they are at constant attack and hence likely to lose strength.
Chez Vous' Liquid Hair Treatment takes bond repair to the next level by utilising cutting-edge oil-based nanotechnology. Unlike traditional bond repair treatments that work superficially, this revolutionary treatment's nano-sized active ingredients penetrate and meticulously reconstruct hair bonds at a molecular level, even reversing the adverse impact of all the stressors we listed above!
Designed to Deliver, Without Using Harsh Chemicals
There’s confidence, and then there’s absolute confidence in a treatment. Chez Vous has designed this highly nourishing treatment to give you results that you will love. After just one treatment, clients can expect an increase in hair hydration levels by up to 50 per cent and a reduction in frizz by as much as 70 per cent.
The results are instantly visible and can last up to six weeks (for the Advanced Treatment) or six months (for the Supreme Treatment) with proper home management.
Clients find dry, damaged, and frizzy hair becomes transformed, leaving it irresistibly soft, glossy, and watery smooth to the touch. And the game changer - all of this is achieved without the use of harsh chemicals that may potentially cause long-term damage.
You Control the ‘Straight’
If like us you struggle with the humidity in Singapore but do not love the poker-straight look from anti-frizz solutions like rebonding, keep reading!
Chez Vous' Liquid Hair Treatment offers two smoothing options with varying curl and frizz reduction intensities – Advanced or Supreme. This means YOU can tailor their Liquid Hair experience to your preference, hair texture, and style.
The Advanced option is best for those who want some volume and natural curls as it delicately preserves these to a certain extent. The Advanced treatment tones these down by just 50 per cent without compromising volume and ensuring lasting results for up to six weeks.
The Supreme version on the other hand is for stronger curl reduction. It is designed for those who enjoy the feeling of straight, smooth hair. Longer-lasting than the Advanced version, the Supreme Liquid Hair Treatment lasts up to six months - with proper home maintenance as a caveat.
We Review the Liquid Hair Treatment at Chez Vous
As one of the lucky first few to try this treatment, we have written out our honest review so you can tell if this revolutionary bond repair service is right for you.
First, prepare for an assessment of your hair type, along with a discussion around your hair goals - super straight, or slight volume, breakage and general lifestyle details. The treatment takes approximately 90 minutes for the Advanced version and 210 minutes for the Supreme version.
The treatment begins with cleansing and purification of the hair, followed by customising a reactive amino acids serum depending on the desired curl reduction intensity.
Hair is then processed with the selected treatment for a specific duration, followed by blow-drying and sealing in the actives. The next step involves saturating the hair with the highest concentration of clinically proven oil-based bond repair actives and diffusing repair through each strand for hours.
To hydrate the hair, combat frizz, and promote smoothness and shine, a mixture of biomimetic silk, nano-sized hyaluronic acids, and natural oils is applied and left for 10 minutes before rinsing.
The Liquid Hair Treatment Treatment concludes with the application of a biotech-developed peptide oil serum to reverse the damage and infuse the hair with strength, elasticity, and smoothness. The final step is blow-drying and styling to showcase your new-found liquid shine!

Aftercare is Just as Important
You might have a shelf full of haircare, but to make the most of your Liquid Hair Treatment we highly recommend buying the right aftercare products. Each of these is designed to fortify and maintain the bond repair treatment, so you can make your investment last to its full potential.
Use the Advante Shampoo which features a unique and innovative Japanese ingredient called hematin. Rich in iron, Hematin stimulates blood circulation and activates haemoglobin in the scalp. It also helps to repair broken disulphide bonds, fortifying the hair fibres and enhancing their strength.
You will also need the Advante Treatment for hydration and Mild for continuous deep strengthening in your daily hair care routine. For an extra boost of repair, Chez Vous recommends using the Epres Bond Repair Concentrate, before shampoo, once a week. Don’t forget to blow dry your hair in a downward motion. This is needed to activate the anti-frizz and smoothening properties of your hair treatment.
The Results?
Straight up after your final blow-dry, your hair will feel smooth. The texture is similar to after a chemical straightening service but with a bit more silkiness to it. It will also feel rather straight even if you opt for the first level - the Advanced treatment. At first. Give it a week of washing and care, and you will report back with silky, smooth and effortlessly easy-to-style hair. We find it perfect for those fighting for time in the mornings, a mere wash, and amateur-level(that’s us!) blow-dry is enough to deliver the liquid feeling time and again.
Two weeks hence, we are only loving the texture with every passing day, soft volume and enough shine to look and feel healthy!
Wondering if this is for you? We would recommend the Liquid Hair Treatment for anyone with dry and damaged hair seeking a strong, soft, and silky transformation. However, due to its curl-reduction properties, if you have natural curls or recently permed hair that you would like to keep, this is not for you.
Experience the joy of liquid hair - hair that feels like liquid - and embrace a new standard in personalised hair care at Chez Vous salons.
The Liquid Hair Treatment is available exclusively at Chez Vous Flagship Salon and Chez Vous: Private Space. Prices for the Advanced Liquid Hair Treatment start from $255, and Supreme Liquid Hair Treatment start from $395. Find more information on their website.
