This year, the InterContinental Singapore welcomes the joint culinary showcases of LUCE, The Lobby Lounge and Man Fu Yuan in the return of the annual Easter Sunday Big Brunch, an extravagant celebration that sees the hotel’s transformation into a spring-inspired paradise. This garden party-themed brunch event will see LUCE and The Lobby Lounge transformed into a richly decorated garden realm, which will feature close to 300 Easter-themed delights, 10 live stations, and a kids’ playground, Easter Egg hunt activities and a 3m-tall bouncy castle.
The live stations at the brunch event will feature live stations of international and seafood specials, as well as a gourmet spread of meat dishes, charcuterie and Chinese and Italian delicacies. estatorio Milos presents a uniquely Greek take on Easter with its a la carte lunch menu of traditional classics, like spring lamb slow-roasted on a spit over an open flame, with roasted potatoes– a display of Greek culinary excellence. Everyone’s favourite gourmet grocery market and café is rolling out Easter celebratory items, bakes, and a proper Easter roast at its restaurants. The Easter Brunch is available on 19th and 20th April at Little Farms at just S$48++ per person, featuring slow-roasted meats, fluffy Yorkshire puddings and crisp salads, alongside artisanal chocolates and weekly Easter egg hunts at Little Farms stores.

Prego’s Easter Lunch was created by Chef Davide Bizzarri and Operations Manager Rosario Ferraioli of the restaurant, as a tribute to La Pasqua family-style dining and in celebration of community. The restaurants at the Pullman Singapore Hill Street have embraced every holiday season that’s come their way– and now the hotel hosts its own Easter in Wonderland Mega Brunch, a delightful Alice in Wonderland-themed Easter brunch event on 20th April only. For this event, the New York-inspired dining room Madison’s and the edgy Japanese izakaya MOGĀ have teamed up for an Easter spread that brings you on a whimsical adventure.
After trays of deviled eggs, hot cross buns, and fresh bakes and appetisers, you’ll take a culinary trip through international tastes with New York Street’s Chicken & Waffles, carvings of Roasted Lamb Leg with Couscous, Lamb Jus and Dijon Mustard, and platters of top-quality seafood: snow crab legs, Japanese oysters with mignonette and Russian dressing, and moore. MOGĀ’s Japanese food offerings also take center stage in this true mega-brunch event, from the Miso Tonkatsu Ramen in Chashu Broth to the Salmon, Tako and Hamachi Sashimi and Maki.

Sofitel Singapore City Centre – A Fusion Easter Brunch Buffet with Racines
Sofitel Singapore has teamed up with Racines, its French-Asian fusion restaurant, for an Easter Sunday brunch to remember– Racines is due to launch a new menu, and we’re excited about what’s cooking at this restaurant. The Easter Day Buffet Brunch is held on 20th April only, in two seatings: 11:30am-1:30pm, and 2pm-4pm, and includes fresh seafood on ice, a live lamb-carving station, a spread of Western and local mains, a gourmet European cheese bar, and Easter-themed desserts with a live croffle station.
Fresh seafood items include oysters, Boston lobsters, New Zealand mussels, poached prawns and salmon and tuna sashimi, alongside a very appealing selection of European cheeses: truffle brie, Comté, Gruyere, marinated goat cheese, Roquefort and Manchego. The soup selection, though small, displays Racines’ French-Asian niche perfectly: it features a Pumpkin, Seafood and Egg Drop Broth. Choose from a range of Western and Asian mains: Spanish sauteed seafood, Braised Angus Beef Stew Pot Pie, open-face Scotch eggs, Cantonese-style crispy pork belly, and Singapore-style wok-fried radish cake with prawns, among many other dishes. There’s even a DIY noodle stand, with a choice of Singapore laksa or chicken and pork collagen broth, a Nyonya kueh selection, and a series of tropically-tinged desserts like the Lemon Meringue Tart with Passionfruit Curd.
