60ml by Asador
Located inconspicuously at the back of Asador, is the new 60ml by Asador, a spirit-forward cocktail bar. The name says it all, each cocktail contains 60ml of spirit instead of the standard 45ml. We were really pleased to see how well they have managed to price their drinks!
Cocktails that stood out to us were their Spiced Margarita ($25++), as the name says it all. Ocho Blanco is infused with Jalapeno which most certainly packs a punch. The heat is balanced with Codigo 1530 Agave Nectar and fresh lime.
One of the best bars in Singapore serving Espresso Martinis, nothing comes close to their Reverse Espresso Martini ($22++). It is that one last drink to have before you call it a night.
60ml by Asador also serves an extensive array of spirits, aperitifs and digestifs along with bar bites. Their Anchoas, made with Santoña's premium 00 anchovies on toast, are a must-order.
