Average prices start from as low as 40 Baht but at Chatukchat, your haggling skills are put to the test as you are encouraged to barter for the best price. The market is also easily accessible via the MRT which is only 2-minutes away from Chatukchat Park station. Other modes of transportation include buses, taxis and even the Tuk Tuk.
Chatukchat is one of the highly recommended places to visit when in Bangkok but start exploring early because it is a challenge to tour the whole market in a few short hours.

Another Bangkok night market that is well-known for its reasonable prices is Pratunam Night Market. Conveniently located in the centre of the city, Pratunam Night Market is a retail maze. As a wholesale market, Pratunam is the perfect place to go shopping with your friends.
Adopting the buy more save more concept, prices of the clothes usually start from 100 Baht, but vendors are more likely to offer a discount when you purchase more than a few pieces. Apart from retail shopping, tourists can expect live music, fantastic street food and of course, a large crowd.
If you cannot find anything to your liking within Pratunam, you can also visit Palladium Market which is just across the road.

Apart from just retail stores, you can also find several beauty salons to get your nails and hair done at super affordable prices below SGD$15.
The shopping experience extends outside the mall as well where shoppers can find a student night market. This is where university students and young adults come together and lay blankets on the ground to sell handmade crafts and other items like vintage apparel or indie treasures.
A stone’s throw away from Phahon Yothin MRT station, Union Mall is a must to visit as well when in Chatukchat.

More than just shopping, you can find a variety of food options from local to international on the higher levels of the mall.
