Highly acclaimed French Chef David Toutain marked his first restaurant in Thailand called Duet by David Toutain at The Ritz-Carlton Bangkok in January 2025. Opened only for dinners, fine dining enthusiasts can choose either a 6 or 8 course dinner menu with the option of wine pairing. True to his philosophy, each of his dishes was so refined and delicate, highlighting the natural flavours of the ingredients using refined culinary techniques.

Iconic Cocktails at Caleō

Breakfast and Lunch at Lily’s

Named Lily’s based on the lily ponds found in Thai homes, this restaurant responsibly sources ingredients from local farmers and purveyors. 

Breakfast was an extensive spread with nothing amiss. We could just spend all morning eating as they had everything from the comforting Western and International dishes to Middle-Eastern and Thai offerings such as Tom Yum Noodles and Pad Thai.

One of the largest variety of breads and pastries, a must-indulge in is their Thai Tea croissant. And of course you have your freshly squeezed juices, tropical fruits, muesli, yoghurt, full selection of cheese and a whole lot more. 

Lunch was equally fantastic and you do not have to be a stay-in guest to dine at Lily’s. Dishes that stood out for lunch were their Creamy Burrata with Chiang Mai Tomatoes, Applewood Smoked Kingfish, A5 Wagyu Tartare, Khao Soi Crab Curry, Truffle Fettuccine, Lily’s Signature Thai Tea Waffle.
