Dining at The Anam Nha Trang
Located near the open-air lobby, The Indochine is The Anam’s gastronomic hub. Wake up to an extensive buffet breakfast includes popular Western and Asian dishes, large spreads of pastries, bread and fruit, a live cooking station and freshly squeezed juices.
The Colonial Restaurant is The Anam’s fine dining establishment that specialises in European dishes with a focus on classical French cuisine.
With a panoramic view of the beach, and adjacent to The Anam’s spectacular adults-only swimming pool, Lang Viet Restaurant and Bar occupies some of the most inspiring space at The Anam.
When we arrived, The Lang Viet Restaurant was hosting its popular Mama’s Cooking evenings and live music. This night is centred on the staff members’ mothers cooking their traditional family recipes for the guests ranging from North, Central and South regions of Vietnam. We guarantee you will be going up for seconds, especially for the Bahn Xeo crispy pancakes which still has our mouths watering.

Local Tours by The Anam
The Anam has launched it's “From My Family to Yours” cultural food tour, a new initiative allowing travelling families and groups to experience the daily lives of locals and uncover the country’s fascinating culture and history through its food.
Guests will be matched with Vietnamese families from the neighbouring countryside, who will act as their guides for the day tour. The families will introduce visitors to the farms, markets, cafes and shops that form a part of their everyday routines, before welcoming guests to their homes for an authentic Vietnamese cooking lesson.
