Din Tai Fung’s classic Prosperity Smoked Salmon Yu Sheng (S$48.80, serves 4 to 6) comprises carefully selected ingredients. Flavourful Norwegian smoked salmon is served alongside colourful, and refreshing ribbons of carrots and green and white radish. Ingredients also include specially toasted, aromatic white sesame seeds and fragrant roasted peanuts.
This celebratory classic yu sheng is drizzled with a swirl of Din Tai Fung’s in-house signature auspicious plum dressing that is delicately balanced with just the right perfect amount of sweetness; and topped with a serving of Crispy Yam Strips for an added crunch!
Up your Yu Sheng game this year with appetising ‘top-ups’ like the all-time favourite Fried Salmon Skin (S$4.80 per serving), additional Sliced Smoked Salmon (6pcs, S$9.80 per serving) and additional Crispy Yam Strips (S$3.80 per serving).
