Greenwood Fish Market - Seasonal Fluffy Hot Cross Buns

What’s Easter without Hot Cross Buns? Sink your teeth into the fluffiest, Hot Cross Buns by Greenwood Fish Market as they celebrate Easter with these seasonal bakes!

The homemade hot cross buns are baked fresh every morning and are a classic, traditional recipe with premium French T65 flour, candied fruits, and warm spices.

Chef Baker Tan, previously the master baker of Raffles Hotel and Marina Bay Sands, helms the bakery with his assistant, Baker Meng at Greenwood Fish Market. The duo boasts 70 years of collective experience.

These Hot Cross Buns will be available as an 8pc box for $19.95 over the Easter weekend (8 to 9 April 2023) at their Quayside Isle outlet bakery.

In addition to the hot cross buns, a range of other baked goods, from sourdough to rye, will also be available for walk-in purchase at the Quayside Isle outlet. Limited boxes will also be available for walk-in purchase at the Bukit Timah outlet from 8 to 9 April 2023.
