2. Wakanui Grill
Revel in a cosy spread with dad as WAKANUI Grill Dining Singapore hosts the second edition of Gentlemen’s Cut this Father’s Day. Bringing you specials from the coast of New Zealand, this 7-course dinner (SGD 98++) is available from 10th to 15th June 2019 with an option of adding on a Cocktail Pairing (SGD 60++) of five Japanese-inspired tipples featuring sake, whisky and gin.
Dinner begins with a zesty Smoked Red Salmon Snapper and Tuna with Ginger Calamansi Sauce, followed by earthy notes of Pan-seared Foie Gras and Girolle with White Port Wine and Orange Sauce. The 5J Jamon Iberico and Pork Belly “Ragout” is sure to appease critical gastronomes with its depth in flavour and fine execution.
Expect house favourites such as Chargrilled Lobster, Lamb Chop, and 21 Days Dry-aged Ocean Beef Ribeye prepared over binchotan charcoal which emanates a distinctive grill aroma and taste. Delve into the world of savoury-sweet desserts with a closer like Blue Cheese Mousse with Fig, homemade plum compote and red wine leather.

3. New Ubin Seafood
