Dining
Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay has 3 main restaurants that serve Asian-Fusion, Seafood, Mediterranean cuisine, a lounge and a deli-style cafe, on top of room service.
We loved the spread and quality of breakfast at Goji Kitchen and Bar. What made our breakfast most memorable was a choir going up to guests, singing soulful songs that made it a really beautiful morning.
Fish Bar, an elegant upmarket seafood restaurant is opened for lunch and dinner. Do try out their Fish and Chips which were the best we’ve had in Fiji! Overlooking the stunning ocean and adults-only infinity pool, the menu features a selection of local seafood as well as your favourite grilled gourmet meat dishes. Head for sunset cocktails at the bar as and get your cameras ready to capture the sunset. There is also a traditional Fijian sunset torch lighting ceremony that made the sunset extra special.
The Lagoon House and Bar is a poolside restaurant that serves casual Mediterranean fare. Relax on the terrace overlooking the lagoon or cool down with a cocktail at their swim-up bar.
Recreation Activities
Guests can choose from a variety of watersport activities which includes Jet Ski, Parasailing, Fishing, Stand up Paddling, Kayaking, Surfing and Scuba Diving, Sunset Cruise, Day Trips to Malamala and Cloud 9. There is also a tennis court, a fully equipped health club, Quan Spa and beauty parlour in the resort.
Culture
When in Fiji, do try and immerse yourself in their culture. Fijians are really friendly and will greet you “Bula” which means hello, every time they see you. From coconut tasting to dressing up for the torch lighting ceremony at sunset, Fijian Kokoda Making Demonstration, Tribal Drum Lessons, Fire Dance and Kava Ceremony are just some of the cultural activities available at Fiji Marriott Momi Bay.
