For the Love of Whisky: Ricciotti introduces a New Cocktail Menu

Singapore and its love affair with Whisky continues to grow! Ricciotti, one of our favourite go-to’s for deliciously decadent Italian fare has redesigned its Cocktail menu as a special ode to Whisky.

Always ones to push the creative envelope, this Italian restaurant decided to work with one of the most noble and appreciated spirits and hence deliver new, interesting experiences to diners. 73 Whisky labels, of which 12 Japanese, 8 American and 1 Taiwanese, (a few never sold before in Singapore) are just a starting point. The aim is to reach 100 in a few months and continue proposing new labels, never seen in Singapore before.

The real treasure trove lies in the new Cocktail menu that drives towards mixing flavours and experimenting with new, balanced palettes in which different components blend together. Don’t forget to try Ricciotti’s Signature Cocktail RB Sour – A sour Whisky that you have never tried before with a hint of Tobacco!

Alternatively, try the Mint Julep which is a mix of Maker’s Marks Bourbon whisky, mint leaf and Angostura bitters.

Not much of a Cocktail lover? You can just get your dose of Whisky. Besides more than 30 whiskies offered at SGD 8++ per shot from 5 to 8 pm, premium bottles priced  between SGD 168 (Laphroaig 10, Macallan 12, Hakushu Single Malt, NIkka Taketsuru and similar) to SGD 188 (e.g. Yamazaki, Nikka 12, Yoichi, Glenfiddich 15 and Lagavulin 16 ). It’s truly a win-win!
