The Michelin Guide Singapore 2019 saw a total of 44 restaurants across various cuisines, including 8 new starred-restaurants and 5 restaurants going a star higher. The Michelin Guide Singapore 2019 list also has the most Michelin-starred restaurants in SouthEast Asia. 

Singapore’s ever-evolving dining and gastronomic scene is celebrated as the fourth edition of the Michelin Guide Singapore 2019 is being revealed today. With the theme “Kitchens of Progression”, Michelin Guide Singapore 2019 pays homage to this year’s global trend of sustainability, marking a shift towards sustainable dining and culinary practices. We sure are excited to see the Michelin star restaurants in Singapore for 2019!
