1. Pince & Pints
Calling all lobster fans, if you’re tired of the usual turkey Christmas dinners, this one’s for you. Multiple-award winning restaurant Pince & Pints has recently added four new exciting dishes to their menu - Cantonese-style Steamed Lobster, Nonya Chilli Lobster Roll, Wasabi Lobster Roll, and Black Pepper Lobster. Using only live lobsters from fisheries in USA that practice sustainable farming methods, you can also order their signature dishes - Classic Lobster Roll, Live Whole Grilled Lobster, and Chilli Lobster - as well as the all-time favourite Truffle Lobster Roll. For a slightly more Asian fare, get the Lobster Noodles, which comprises of a whole live lobster wok fried with egg noodles, ginger, scallion and served with housemade chilli oil. 2. Dom Pérignon Plénitude Suite
For a truly extravagant Christmas like no other, indulge in a 10-course dinner at the exclusive Dom Pérignon Plénitude Suite within Stellar at 1-Altitude. The multi-sensory dining experience can sit up to eight diners, who will be treated to a feast for the senses through a series of video projections and the use of aroma, touch and music. Especially for the yuletide season, the ten-course dinner will showcase a selection of coveted festive ingredients sourced from some of the best regions around the world including artisanal producers. Dinner ends on a spectacular high as Pastry Chef Jasmin Chew builds and assembles a buche de noel dessert extravaganza while bringing to life the spirit of Christmas.

3. NOX - Dine in the Dark
Be swept away by a whimsical and organoleptic exclusive 12-dish festive menu that is playing on temperatures and textures that is available for the whole month of December. 4. Fratelli Trattoria
Presenting authentic flavours inspired by decades-long culinary heritage of Italian celebrity chef brothers Enrico and Roberto Cerea, Fratelli Trattoria introduces a five-course Christmas dinner menu of elegant Italian gastronomy. 5. Lewin Terrace
Lewin Terrace’s uniquely East Meets West cuisine offers a Christmas menu available exclusively on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The indulgent menu of Asian inspired dishes created using modern French techniques includes dishes such as Asian Yam Gnocchi with Black Truffle, Lobster Ceviche, ISHIKAWA Japanese Fish with Turnip Puree, and Roasted Wagyu Beef with Buah Keluak and Macadamia Nut Sauce. A special Berry Merry Dessert Buffet will also be available during lunch service from 4th to 27th December. 6. Sessions
Buffet enthusiasts can gather their herd at Sessions where a gourmet wonderland awaits. Guests kickstart the merriment with the Festive Specialty Live Station offering Western Christmas staples married with Asian herbs. Bringing the best of Christmas tradition infused with local flavours, Chef de Cuisine Kelvin Lim will present mouth-watering creations such as Roasted Whole Turkey with Creoles Mix Herb, Roasted Herb Potatoes, and Roasted Lamb Chops with Melton Sea-salt. Sweet tooths will also rejoice at the lavish selection of Sweet Temptation Desserts crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Kenny Kong.

7. Monti
Contemporary Italian restaurant, Monti, located in the iconic Fullerton Pavilion and overlooking Singapore’s Marina Bay, is the ideal location to share the holiday spirit. Indulge in a scrumptious all-you-can-eat Christmas brunch affair from 22-25 December, which will showcase the finest-quality meats in Chef’s Selection of Cold Cuts of Coppa wagyu; Olive salami; and San Daniele ham, to a live carving station decked with festive meats of Roasted Lamb Rack with braised lentil, yoghurt, and mint sauce; and Roasted Turkey with figs marmalade and roasted pumpkin.
